When these four are together I’m just so… full… of… FEELINGS!
Also, Kyle, you look verily fine here.
Mmm Kyle. This is from The Sinestro Corps War, yes?

Yoda vs. Green Lantern // by JD HancockYoda: A Grand Master Jedi, leading member of the Jedi Council, and a general in the Clone Wars.
Green Lantern: Hal Jordan, first Earthling member of the Green Lantern Corps, a cosmic police officer with a power ring.
If they had to fight, who would win?
Now, this isn’t because my fandom for Green Lantern is still nascent… it’s just that I really think that Yoda would win. Hal is constrained by the limited charge of his ring, but Yoda’s power is practically limitless.

OK, I know next to nothing about Green Lantern…
…and the rest of the DC universe for that matter, but why is it that, after reading Green Lantern: Rebirth, I empathize more with this guy:

Than with this guy:

Call it blasphemy, but that’s what I feel right now, and I think it’s weird that I want to know more about Kyle instead of Hal. =/
Gratuitous Picture of Your Purchases - Sunday Edition

Went to the mall yesterday to buy some new work clothes. I bought these instead. PRIORITIZATION FAIL.
These are:
- Green Lantern: Rebirth (Absolute Edition)
- Dark Reign: Young Avengers [TPB]
The Green Lantern one is my first DC comic ever. [Eep!] I must confess that DC knows how to package their stuff better, and their covers are usually more attractive for some reason.
And, at last, I was able to find the elusive collected edition of Dark Reign: Young Avengers. That means I now have every single starring appearance of the Young Avengers before Avengers: The Children’s Crusade. [Side note: I’m torn about the cover. It offends my sensibilities because, duh, we all know Billy’s gay, right? But he just looks so hot in it. UNF.]

OK… I haven’t read a single DC comic, but when I do start reading DC, I think I’ll start with Green Lantern.

BEAST.
Can I have a cake like this on my 25th birthday? Please?
Oh, and Marvel outnumbers DC in this one, hehe.
