How About That of the Day: Sick and tired of your toddler drowning in backyard pools? Enter: Infant Swimming Resource, a self-rescue organization devoted to teaching your child how to avoid dying in water.
To prove that their techniques really work, ISR pushed a bunch of babies into a pool and filmed the result. Everything went better than expected.

Bus shelter video games! No wayyyy!
Every major city should have these because people who grew up or live in the city knows how boring it is to be waiting for a bus and how long it can take sometimes depending on traffic.
Yahoo has equipped 20 bus shelters in San Fran with various puzzle and trivia games which allows transit riders to compete against other riders. When starting the game players can choose what area they are from, score points for their neighborhood and whichever area gets the most points gets an exclusive party at the beginning of February.
I wish we had this for Toronto! I’d love to see which part of Toronto would beat which. This gets my seal of approval! *two thumbs up* Let’s get these everywhere. I bet advertisers would pay a lot to have something similar and get people’s attention. You gotta love technology.
Thank you Yahoo. It’s the best thing you’ve done in years.
AWESOME!!! \m/

On October 9, 1992, a meteorite streaked through the skies over several states in the U.S. before a remnant of it smashed through a car in Peekskill, New York.
I’m kinda tempted to ask if that’s the part that had the mini Kal-El in it.
